About JAD Homes · Springdale, Arkansas · Est. 2018
A family owned roofing company, grown in Northwest Arkansas
JAD Homes describes itself in one plain sentence: a family owned and locally grown roofing contractor in Northwest Arkansas, residential and commercial, licensed to take on any project you may have. The Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board lists the company for commercial and residential building. The rest of this page is what that looks like when somebody actually hires them.
What they say they stand for
Integrity, reliability, and customer satisfaction
Those are the company’s own words for its mission: top-quality roofing services, with integrity, reliability, and customer satisfaction in every project. The values behind it are just as short: honesty, transparency, and hard work. They say these principles guide every roofing project and build lasting relationships with the people who hire them.
The standard they set for themselves is that every roof they install or repair meets the highest standards of quality. It is a big sentence, so the useful question is whether the people on the other side of the invoice say the same thing. They do, and they say it about one person in particular.
That person is Jordan. His name shows up in all five of the Google reviews on this site, always as the one who runs the job. A church member calls him her liaison, the one who answered calls and returned them with answers. A homeowner filing a first hail claim says he jumped right in and took care of it from start to finish. Another says he helped pick a shingle color that matches the brick. The pattern is the same each time: someone answers, someone keeps you updated, and someone comes back out after the work to make sure you are happy.
