A church roof, and a steeple built several states away

JAD Homes replaced the roof and the steeple at Holiday Island Presbyterian Church. The roof was the straightforward part.

  1. Helped the church choose roof tiles that suit the building and its landscaping, and put the top rated tiles on it.
  2. Hail and time had taken a toll on the steeple. JAD Homes found a company several states away to build and ship a new one to the right weight and measurements.
  3. Coordinated the crane operator and the extra crew to lift the old steeple off and set the new one.
  4. Reinstalled the lighting that shows the steeple at night.
  5. Brought in two painters and carpenters to repair and repaint the ceiling and walls after the roof work.
